Do I have to create an account to make purchases?
No, all customer accounts are optional although it is recommended to create accounts to save time at check out.
Is there a minimum or maximum quantity required for purchases?
There are no minimum or maximum quantities for any purchase. However if total purchase amounts are less than $100.00 a shipping fee of $10.00 will apply.
What are the postage fees?
A $10.00 shipping fee will be applied to all orders less than the total value of $100.00. Orders of $100.00 or more will receive free express shipping.
Do you post internationally?
At the moment we only service and ship within Australia. There are future plans to accommodate to those outside of Australia soon.
What is the postage duration?
Express post to all metropolitan areas: 1-3 business days
Standard post to all metropolitan areas: 3-7 business days
Postage to all remote areas: Up to 13 days
Do you accept refunds?
For hygiene purposes, we are unable to provide any refunds on any purchase even if the item looks to be sealed in its original packaging. If you are unhappy with your product or service, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond to you within 24-48hrs to resolve any issues.
The item I want is out of stock, what can I do?
On the odd occasion we may have a shortage on our items due to high demand. As our manufacturer is outsourced we will do our best to restock the items for you in fast time.
