Prior to making an appointment for any eyelash extension service, please ensure you have read the following terms and conditions.

  • Belle Eyelash Extensions does not accept any walk in appointments. All services need to be pre-booked either online or by contacting a technician from our studio.

  • All new clients to Belle Eyelash Extensions will need to make a non-refundable deposit of $50.00. A technician from our studio will contact you through your provided contact number to process the payment.

  • To ensure you get the most time out of your appointment, we recommend you arrive at least 15mins before your scheduled appointment time.
    .
  • A consultation must be completed for all new clients upon arriving to the appointment. No application will be conducted without thorough consultation.
    .
  • Please ensure you do not have any eye make up on your eyes when arriving to your appointment. If you have eye make up on which will interfere with the application, the technician will be required to remove the make up. This will cause for delay to your eyelash extension application and reduce the time allocated for your eyelash extension application.

  • Any eyelash extensions applied by another lash technician will not be accepted for infill at our studio. The technician will complete a full removal for the cost of $25.00 prior to commencing a new full set. When making a booking with eyelash extensions to be removed, please ensure to book for both a removal and a new full set so that the required time to complete both procedures are allocated.

  • If you are running late to your scheduled appointment, you must contact the studio via phone and advise them of your estimated arrival time. If the estimated time of arrival is greater than 20minutes, the appointment will automatically be cancelled and rescheduled. Any deposits made for the booking will not be refunded or applied to another future booking.

  • Should you not show up to your scheduled appointment at all and make no contact with the studio, your profile will be marked with a no show comment and any future bookings you need to make will require a non-refundable 50% deposit.

  • We suggest that all infills are completed every 2-3 weeks. Please refer to the price list for infill prices by the number of weeks. All sets after 4 weeks will require a new full set.

  • If your set has lost more than 80% of eyelash extensions, regardless of the number of weeks, an infill will no longer be applicable and a new full set will be required.
    .
  • It is important that you follow the aftercare instructions and use the provided brush daily to uphold the grooming and hygiene of your eyelash extensions. If your lash technician believes your hygiene will affect the safety and hygiene of other clients, the technician may refuse to continue with the application and request that you reschedule your appointment for another date/time.

  • If you are unsatisfied with your lash set and require another touch up, this will be calculated at infill costs depending on the number of weeks. Each set has enough allocated time to achieve the desired outcome therefore time will only be affected due to late arrival or if cleaning of lashes are required.

  • It is important to advise your technician if you have had any recent surgeries or are on any prescribed medication as this may affect the application of your eyelash extensions. It is also your responsibility to advise the technician of any known allergies or previous reactions that you may have had from other technicians or studios. An assessment will be conducted by the technician to determine whether the procedure may continue.

  • All individuals are required to inform the technician of any pregnancies. Eyelash extensions can still be applied to pregnant individuals however there may be risks involved during and post the application. The technician will discuss these concerns during the consultation to ensure you are comfortable to proceed.

  • Permanent and regular bookings are only available from Monday to Friday. All deposit and no show conditions will apply to regular bookings as per normal. If you regularly do not show up, arrive late, make no contact for late arrivals or breach any of the above terms and conditions, all your regular bookings will be cancelled and the time slot will become available for other clients. Please note all regular and permanent bookings may change due to scheduled holidays or changes to service days. If this needs to be amended we will provide you with a minimum of 72 hours hours notice and assist you with rescheduling your appointment. Permanent bookings can be made up to 6 months in advance.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we will require a minimum of 24 hours notice. Any deposits made to the appointment can be transferred to a future booking if the minimum notice period is provided to the studio. If the cancellation or reschedule request is less than 24 hours all deposits made will be forfeited and not refunded.

  • All packages purchased must be paid in full.
  • All appointments included in the packages must be booked in advance at the one time.
  • Bookings for the packages must be made via phone only. Please contact us on 0459 965 556.
  • To purchase any of the packages please phone in only on 0459 965 556.
  • If purchasing any of the packages as a gift, the receiver may contact us after being made aware of the gift to place all bookings.
  • All pacakages purchased will receive a gift voucher code to be used when placing the bookings.
  • All packages must be redeemed within 3 months of purchase.
  • Once bookings have been placed, any cancellations given less than 24hours notice or any no shows to the appointments occur, the payment paid in full cannot be refunded and will be forfeited.
  • Bookings must be made under the name of the person receiving the treatment.
